At the San Camilo market, the establishment is called Guero Tamazula, El Amigo May, and Tamazula Jalisco I. They serve you from these adjacent locations. The birria is edible, but I didn't like it!
Are you in Garibaldi???? Then enter the "San Camilito" market at the end of the halls you will find this BLAS ISLAS place and there you will eat a delicious birria, one of the best I have ever tasted, it is not salty and has an unbeatable flavor, well served and for an affordable price, you will love it. To give you an idea, many people arrive with their bottles from the birrieria “La Polar” to take birria from this place, imagine this incredible. So don't hesitate, you're hungry, you're raw or any excuse is very good to visit this place and you'll come back.
Ideal for a hangover day, their birria and salsas will help you get rid of all that bad feeling inside you. The pozole is excellent. Everything is delicious and reasonably priced.
I didn't know this market! Very generous pozolazo (Jalisco style white) and at a very good price. I went on a Sunday at noon before the raw ones arrived I was left wanting to have more stomachs to try the birria flautas and the roast beef. I'll be back for more!

Awesome place, the owner was very kind and was asking constantly if we need something more. II ordered Birria, a must try if you visit Mexico City, it was the best money can buy. We were exhausted by the heat and ordered a guacamole, little spicy but we felt better. There are other places in the market but I definitely recommend Blas Islas.
